Where Does Your Story Begin?

FAQ

Where are you located?
Home base for Woven Memory Co. LLC is Washington State, but the people I love are spread across the country. Between family in Texas and regular visits to Tennessee and Kentucky, I often have opportunities to photograph sessions in multiple states throughout the year. If you’re located outside of Washington, reach out and I’ll be happy to share upcoming travel availability.
Do you travel?
Absolutely! Some stories are found close to home, while others lead us a little farter down the road. Woven Memory Co. serves Washington, Tennessee, Texas and beyond. Travel fees may apply depending on the location, but I'm always happy to discuss the details.
What's it actually like to work with Woven Memory Co. LLC?
Belly laughs, nose kisses, hand holding, the sounds of little feet running by, maybe some dirt, the smell of rain in the air. My sessions are relaxed, connection-focused, and centered on the people you love most.
No matter the collection, my goal is to preserve the moments that make your story uniquely yours. I want you to leave with more than beautiful photographs—I want you to leave with memories, connection, and images that remind you of how deeply you are loved.
Long after our paths go separate ways, you’ll have tangible memories to hold onto and revisit for years to come
What kind of moments do you love to photograph?
The quiet in-between moments, genuine connection, laughter, wonder, and the little details that help tell your story.
How do I reserve my session?
Select your collection and submit your inquiry. Once details are confirmed, you’ll receive a session agreement and retainer invoice to officially reserve your date.
Do you help with planning my session?
Absolutely. From choosing a location to coordinating outfits and timing, I'm happy to help create a session that feels natural, meaningful, and true to your story.
What if I'm awkward in front of the camera?
Most people tell me this before their session — and that’s completely okay. You don’t need to know how to pose or what to do with your hands. I’ll guide you when needed, but some of the best photographs come from the genuine moments in between. Whether we’re documenting your family, a senior milestone, a branding session, a cake smash, or a portrait session, my goal is to create a relaxed experience that feels natural and true to you
What should we wear?
Wear something that feels comfortable, confident, and true to you. Whether that’s a flowing dress, jeans and boots, your favorite sweater, or something meaningful to your family, I want your images to feel authentic to who you are in this season of life. The goal is your photos to reflect your story and personality, not someone else’s idea of perfection.
If you’re unsure what to wear, feel free to send me a few options before your session. I’m always happy to help you choose outfits that feel cohesive and fit the story you’d like to tell.
I don't see a collection that fits my needs. Can you help?
Absolutely. Every story is unique. If you don’t see a collection that fits exactly what you’re looking for, reach out and tell me about your vision. I’d love to discuss a custom session that fits your needs.
What if I need to reschedule?
Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
When will I receive my photos?
You’ll receive 3-5 sneak peeks within 5 business days. Full galleries are typically delivered within 2-4 weeks, depending on the season, collection size, travel, current booking volume and unforeseen circumstances. If additional time is needed, I’ll communicate with you every step of the way so you always know what to expect.
What happens if the weater doesn't cooperate?
Weather can be unpredictable, but some of the most beautiful images are created in unexpected conditions. If rain, wind, or other weather concerns arise, we’ll discuss the options together and determine what feels best for your session. Depending on the conditions, we may continue as planned, adjust locations, or reschedule for another date.
