New Moon Collection sessions are designed for one location and a brief, focused photography experience. Extended families, multiple locations, outfit changes, or highly customized sessions may be better suited for another collection.

The Woven Memory Collection is a fully customized photography experience created for the stories that deserve a little more space. From family heritage sessions and welcome homes to multigenerational gatherings and meaningful life events, this collection is tailored to your vision.
No two sessions are exactly alike, because no two stories are woven the same. Every experience is thoughtfully designed around your vision, location, timing, and storytelling goals.
Because each collection is customized, investment varies based on the details of your session.

Few things to know...
Booking Information
A signed session agreement is required for all bookings. Most collections require a non-refundable retainer to reserve your session date, with the remaining balance due 24 hours prior to your session. Collection-specific booking details will be provided during the booking process.
Arrival Policy
Please plan to arrive on time for your scheduled session. Session times are reserved specifically for you and are designed to make the most of available light and location conditions. Late arrivals may reduce available photography time and fewer images delivered. Session time may not be extended due to late arrival. If you anticipate a delay, please contact Woven Memory Co. LLC as soon as possible.
Rescheduling Policy
Life happens. Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice. If illness, severe weather, or an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible and we’ll work together to find the best solution. Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled date at the photographer’s discretion.
Gallery Delivery
All collections include 3-5 sneak peek images delivered within 5 business days. Full galleries are carefully edited and delivered through a private online gallery. Most galleries are delivered within 2 to 3 weeks, though delivery timelines may vary by collection size and seasonal demand. During periods of high demand, delivery may take up to 4 weeks. If additional time is needed, clients will be notified.
Image Use & Sharing Preferences
Woven Memory Co. LLC respects each client’s privacy and image-use preferences. Permission to use images to share the stories we preserve, clients may choose whether to allow selected images to be used for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes. Image-use permissions will be discussed during the booking process and documented in the session agreement.
Do you offer custom collections?
Yes. The Woven Memory Collection is designed for stories that don't fit neatly into a package. If you have a unique vision, milestone, or project in mind, I'd love to hear about it and create a collection tailored to your needs.
How many images will I receive?
Each collection includes a minimum number of edited images. Many galleries contain additional images beyond the minimum promised, depending on the session and story being documented.
Is a model release required?
Most collections allow clients to choose their image-sharing preferences. The New Moon Collection is a portfolio-building collection and includes a required model release. Image use-preferences for all other collections are discussed during booking.
Do you photograph sensitive life events?
Yes, Woven Memory Co. believes every chapter of life deserves to be remembered. Whether you're celebrating a new beginning, a preserving family memories, honoring a loved one, or documenting a meaningful milestone, sessions are approached with care, respect, and compassion.
Do you offer payment plans?
For larger collections, flexible payment arrangements may be available. If cost is a concern, please don't hesitate to reach out. My goal is to make preserving meaningful memories as accessible as possible, and I'm happy to discuss options when appropriate.
Are there any additional fees?
Collection prices are listed before any applicable sales tax. Travel fees may apply for locations outside my standard service area and will always be discussed before booking. There are no surprise fees.
Who qualifies for a community service discount?
Woven Memory Co. LLC is proud to offer discounts for military members, veterans, first responders (including dispatchers), nurses, teachers, school staff, social workers, and other public service professionals. Please mention your profession when inquiring so I can provide current discount information. If you're unsure whether you qualify, please reach out--I'd be happy to chat.
